Made with generous amounts of red shrimp that can be eaten raw.If you like it raw, you can use Kyushu soy sauce! You can also boil it rare to your liking! If you're a shrimp lover, be sure to try our specialty! For beef tongue shabu-shabu, let the green onions swim and wrap the beef tongue around it! You can fully enjoy the delicious flavor of the ingredients thanks to the simple Japanese dashi!
We also have oysters, which are a popular choice when the weather gets colder. You can also order them separately, so feel free to order!
